Of course! If you have any special requests where you want to incorporate specific elements (image, icon, etc.) into the logo designs, simply request through an email with the element you want and our illustrators will make sure to incorporate your idea to the logo designs.
Revisions typically range from 16-24 hours from us receiving the request to providing you with the revised product. In exceptional cases, or during weekends, revisions could take up to 48 hours.
Upon completion of the order, you own all rights to your finalized logo. A signed Transfer of Copyright document declaring your ownership to the designed logo will be provided with the logo itself. This would give you full ownership of the new logo, and your next step would be to trademark it.
Yes! For your selected design, we will provide you with the vector and source files with the image files of the logo as well. As all of our designs are made fresh from scratch in Adobe Creative Suite Software, you will receive the source files in a format suitable to a platform in Adobe.
Of course! If you wish to upgrade from the basic package to the premium package, just let us know and we’ll take care of the rest. You’ll just have to pay the difference between the prices of the packages.
